Yes I think pretty much you can walk away handing over the keys.

I don't see a reason why you should not buy in US. Assume if you are in rental you pay for three yrs $36k minimum or proabably even more basedon your lcoality. You own a small condo in US and spend a little bit more for mortage that you would have spent on rental. Also at the worst case if real ...
