Recent R2I Shipping Experience

Hi all,
Just wanted to share my recent shipping experience.
After taking to Unirelo, 21st Century, and Air7Seas, I decided to go with Air7Seas for the following reasons:
1. cost competitive (was not the most important factor, though)
2. very response and timely in addressing all my needs (mattered the most)
3. had me talk with their clearing agent in India (mattered as I was concerned if I would qualify for TR)
I shippped my stuff early May, the container arrived in Bangalore at the end of June. The customs clearance was smooth, and I was charged zero customs fees!!
The whole experience with Air7Seas though great was not without some surprises:
1. some items were damaged (I expected this as I was shipping a 40-foot container worth of items)
2. a storage fee of Rs. 600 was charged at Bangalore (did not expect this, nonetheless, not too big a deal)
The best part of the experience was my interaction with Priya Mary, the representative at Air7Seas. Priya was extremely helpful, courteous, and timely, and was the sole reason I decided to give Air7Seas a try. Not to mention, Priya's manager Maha, and the packer Arnoldo was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
I would go with Air7Seas if I had to ship my stuff all over again.
Hope this information helps!
