If you are planing to R2i soon, buying house in NOT a good idea.

You siad 250k In stock. Are these individual sotcks?

Provide List of sotcks and 401k funds, I am sure someone will come fwd and will help you.

Also 10L in Metro with 4kids+2adult seems little tight tome.
