Do we have any members in here from Sweden or Denmark ?
Or does someone know the ground reality of pros and cons of both of these countries (if someone wants to move there) ?

What do you want to know? Half of your life will be spent on daytime and half of your lifetime will be spent on night time. The only difference is you get days together at the same time and night together at the same time (more or less, just exaggerating :-)). During summer time you have to cover all your windows and sleep since sun will be there at 2 am. It is freaking cold and you have to wear thermal inners and cover yourself well with heavy jacket. This is a small inconvenience since even if you have to just go to the shop in the neighborhood to get some milk you have to dress up with all the layers. While inside the house there is no problem as it will be heated up fine. People are very warm and welcoming. You will find Indian people and people from various countries if you live in cities.
I dont know much about schools and their education system.
