We are developing a community of farm houses on about 50 acre land nearby Indore. Please see the details at www.projectdreamville.com
This project has evolved from a discussion on R2I Club's MSN group thread: http://groups.msn.com/R2IClub/general.msnw?action=get_message&mview=0&ID_Message=110350

As of now, we are taking commitment from initial investors about how much they want to invest. Once we have a commitment of about 4 crs, we will buy land with consensus. The investors will have to pay money only then and that too directly to the seller of the land. The land will be registered in all the initial investor's name. So there will be complete transparancy.

To Desibabu, RKK, & others in TAT,
Would it be possible to put a link to www.projectdreamville.com somewhere on the page (the places where currently we are seeing ad1, ad2, ad3)? If yes, how much will that cost?

What is the status on this project, I returned from the US couple months back and am interested. Also, is there any R2I club in Indore?

Somebody just contacted me over the phone regarding the status. So here is the update :

As of now, the status of the project is -> still looking for NRI people having serious interest in building it and with intention to invest money.

No land has been bought for the project as such but I have bought land on my own and will keep increasing it as and when I get funding :)

If you are seriously interested, may be you can add your name here. If we get a critical mass, we can start working on it collectively.

i checked out the site. hanu you say this is how it is going to look. you are being taken for a ride.

these are western photographs. they just have stuck it up there. they are basically selling pics to gather money.

i have known many of these especially in pune and around. and you say they haven't even purchased the land.

I was the one who called you. I know the problem that you explained to me seemed genuine. I know indorians. I'll be interested in the project. Would contact you when I am in Indore. Mr Architect... you are very new to this forum.You should probably go and find hanu's old post and planning on this project, which was more than a year back on msn forum. Brilliant idea and good intentions. IMr. Architect if you think you are such a smarty pants why dont you start some thing like this ( group purchase of land in Indore).Believe me its very hard to gather like minded people.
