Free meditation training in the bay area

All,
I just got to know that there is a two day free meditation training in the bay area that was sent to me by email. Details are below and attached is the flier. PranahutiAidedMeditation (2).pdf Do any of know about this course and will it be good?. I don't want to waste two days if it's not worth it.

The Institute of Sri Ramchandra Consciousness is offering a two day training program on Pranahuti Aided Meditation in Fremont on Mar 12-13. The training program is offered at no cost.
