Good housing societies in Mumbai Central Suburb?

Update on this thread. Its been more than 1 year after we r2i, I looked at different societies around Bhandup but didn't liked anything. Finally rented 2BHK in Airoli Sec 20 for 22K in Newa Garden . Compared to Bhandup/Mulund, Airoli is not that crowded yet and we have nice view from out flat.
