I've not fully scanned all posts here so just wondering......

Is there dual taxation,pay additional Indian taxes....on top of US taxes...
If as a OCi & Retiree plus living full time or may be part time,say winter in India ?
Will there be Indian Taxes on USPension plus Social Security benefits for which US taxes are fully paid ?
Any website with $Income/Tax rate Ranges site to quickly educate myself ?
I understand there were some Indian tax proposals "Direct Tax Code Bill 2010"
How that affects US citizen with OCi ?
I'd like to learn & know before making any further plan for living in India .
