Anyone thinks that a brown couple could get away from anything like this?

Anyone remember that IIT guy who got jailed for blogging few comments? Or that Pakistani guy deported for taking pictures of a waste water plant?

Guess it is not national security, it seems like selective security.

Definitely racism. Poor white couple not invited to a party hosted by an African American for an Asian.

When i read this title, i thought for a moment, it was gonna be like that breakfast items picture someone had posted few days ago, lol.

But regarding the topic yeah, it is selective security, i'm sure a brown couple who wasn't even on the invitee list, would have never made it past security in the first place.

I am not talking about getting away from secret service. I am talking about the fact that FBI et. al. has done nothing and these criminals are left lose in society. Will brown people get such luxury? Why is this couple not in prison?

Right the next day itself , many lawyers opined that the fed has a thin and tough case. The only thing the feds could charge was whether they willfully lied to officials and they claimed they forgot to bring the invitation. The defense can easily point it out that they did not break into the house, secret service frisked them and ultimately let them in.
Prosecutions always look at not only the crime, but the seriousness and more importantly whether its winnable and in this case they made the choice. This happens all over the country.

The person who goofed up and allowed them in was WH official social secretary(?) Desiree Rogers who was forced out eventually.

The real question is would the secret service agent have let in an Asian,African or even a fat white couple under those circumstances whereby his heart would be pumping the blood to his head also.
