I have got the job in India and at a point where I can still keep the job in USA for about 2 months because I have so many vacations left. Also keep in mind that I worked very hard the whole year, so I am also being considered for the promotion and hefty bonus. Do you think it is right to give notice to US company after I am paid my 2 months salary and bonus while still working in India ? Please advice. I know that ethically it is not correct.
