Need CA recommendation

I'm looking for a good CA (preferably in B'lore) who can help with repatriation from NRE/NRO accounts. Preferably someone who is responsive (over email/phone), has experience dealing with NRI tax matters, and gets the job done in a timely manner. If you have worked with a good CA please recommend.

The bank I'm dealing with has provided with clear steps to follow (which forms to fill etc) but it requires certification from a CA. I'm stuck without a good CA who can work remotely :(
