For what ever reasons Saul Perlmutter, Brian P. Schmidt, and Adam G. Riess, were awarded the 2011 Nobel Laureates for Physics, same theory has been proposed by Indian scientist B.G.Sidharth in 1997 at MARCEL GROSSMANN MEETINGS. http://bgsidharth.blogspot.com/ Check the section on ACCOMPLISHMENTS & DISTINCTIONS. What ever he had proposed in 1997,

I could get only this paper online. Looks like he proposed this theory of ever expanding universe in 1997 and the same has been published in international journal of modern physics in 1997 (I couldn't get a link to it).
