Should women of all ages be allowed in Shabarimala temple ?
True. Is Sabarimala a private property? Who owns it? If the state is spending money for it then it cannot be a private property. Government needs to get rid of all those jokers and form a new management committee. One which is not anti-Hindu as the current one.
State ...

Should women of all ages be allowed in Shabarimala temple ?
My view is different than yours. I support this verdict for humanitarian reasons. I reject this argument. You think that women are not being discriminated, that is OK, you are entitled to believe that, the law has ruled against your stance.
I am not sure what harm to the ...

Should women of all ages be allowed in Shabarimala temple ?
Intent does not matter, the actions clearly display discrimination. Just because it has been drilled into them since childhood that this is not discrimination and cloaked in primitive explanations does not make it non discrimination. Should we allow some schools to teach flat ...

Should women of all ages be allowed in Shabarimala temple ?
Most devotees can choose to believe whatever that does not make it right. Say for example, most whites in the south used to believe blacks are ok as slave, does that mean we let them do it?
I am not sure if you can say what is right and what is wrong in every religion ...

Should women of all ages be allowed in Shabarimala temple ?
Lets say a private restaurant say they wont allow dark colored people or people from lower caste, will that be ok?
Quite different case though. In a restaurant case, there was a clear intent to discriminate in the past. In the case of shabarimala, there is an argument ...

Should women of all ages be allowed in Shabarimala temple ?
Definition of public place is the problem. Should a religious institution be open to "all" public? Why should government be able to dictate what they not allow... Of course Sabarimala is a Govt controlled temple, so they can do whatever they want... but broader point is that this is a fine line

Allopathy problems
