Hello,
I would appreciate any pointers on this. Anyone has registered a company in India? Anything I need to be aware of before going to India and registering the company.
Thanks

Registering company in India?
Hello,
I am a USC. I am planning to start a company in India. Can I register a company in India as USC and put my Dad who is a Indian citizen as one of the directors? I will register a private limited company.
Do I need to get my US passport notarized before I apply for registration?
Thanks

Why 401k is bad for you
If one of the concerns is what the tax rate would be when you are ready to withdraw, you can think of contributing to roth 401(k) instead of traditional 401(k) provided your employer allows roth contributions.
