Are you sure you could find a villa in Palm Meadows for 31 K? Even the smaller ones there cost 60 to 70 K and most are quoted between 1 to 2 lakhs.

Palm Meadows Club house is good for family as well as an individual. I believe they are open to outsiders who do not live in Palm Meadows. About 20 K to start and then 3k/month.
