Buying a home / renting in India is not a problem. Paying a tax in USA is questionable .
Any one have paid taxes both USA and India?
In USA Tax ,we need to show as a income. whereas in India no such problem. because of income limitations.

Yes. I agree. In appliction , there is no information asked about the citizen.
Indian Government says aadhar card for resident purpose only not for citizen.
Any one can live in India and have aadhar card for resident identity.
