hermes, money was paid to the builder. Though checks were dropped at the agent office. I never spoke to the builder directly.

Anyways after exerting pressure with the agent, he threatened the builder to file a complaint with RERA. Agent promised to get the money back in a month..
Its wait and watch for now..
