Hi narayanan is there a clearence charges in chennai port apart from customs duty?please advice

[B]I am Moving to Chennai from new Zealand and am taking my household and pers effects by sea cargo which is around 15 cubic metre and would like to know what will be the charges incurred at Chennai port including the customs clearance.Do they charge by cubic ?if so what will be the charges incurred ...
