I m not using the formula from quora, this is suggested by another form member. Once i read it , i wanted to know how to derive it. I got a simple one on present value of annuity.

No it assumes only using interest.

I think the formula is present value of annuity. For 10 lac a year. It comes to 2.7 crore. If invested for 40 years with marginal rate of 2 %( investment rate- inflation rate)
