Yes, at least 2 more years before high school is over. Then have to figure out if the kids want to be in India or continue study here. Still some runway ahead so taking it one thing at a time. Thanks for the insights.

Very good point. Why lock up money in building something and then deal with the hassle of selling? Would be much easier to rent. Thanks for the perspective.
