Thanks for the suggestion. Yes rents are very high (10 months rent as deposit, some are even more + 1 month brokerage fee) but heard good reviews about the community. Some houses are well maintained but some are very bad for the rents that they code. Have to do more research. Thanks again [QUOTE ...
