I don't think that this is the case with everyone.

Though ola/uber have made our life very easy but i would say that please don't rely completely on ola/uber specially when it is very urgent.

Yes definitely it is very good idea, you will be saving your electricity cost by utilizing solar power. And yes it works in winters as well.
