I am planning to take a old microwave. It is 900 watts. I think I need a step down transformer at least 1500 watt. Do I need to get stabilizer and surge protector. Also any recommendations for a good transformer.

The shipping companies say if they do not pack, we cannot get all risk insurance. I see most folks have packed themselves. Please share your experience with self-packing and insurance

That depends on what schools our kids go to. Our families are in Lalbaug and Colaba.

We are in process of moving to Mumbai. My husband is already in Mumbai. What school did you your daughter get admission in. We have 4 and 8 year old and the school admission struggle is still ongoing. What part of mumbai are you in?

Currently working on school admission for 3rd grade and Upper K.G. It has been a very stressful experience. Was in Mumbai in Feb and applied to 10-15 schools. No luck yet. Anyone in the same boat.

We are R2Iing to Mumbai. My husband is leaving soon and we will follow in few months and ship all the stuff at that time. How would the TR work if he is carrying a few electronic now with him - laptop, cellphone, wireless router, storage, etc. Can he delcare TR now and again in few months?
