Property mutation??
Hi,
I recently R2I'd to Hyd and purchased a flat (new-built). The registration of Sale Deed is completed.
However, I understand that I need to apply for 'mutation' for tax assessment. Can anybody please suggest how to do it or where can I get more information?
Many thanks in advance..

Typical broker fees in Hyderabad for buying property?
Hi,
I am thinking of buying an apartment in a gated community in Hyderabad. I have seen some ads through agents in websites like magicbricks. What should be the typical broker fees or commissions that I have to pay to the agents?
Thanks a lot.
