Has anyone ever flown into CJB from the US without stopping at another Indian airport? (For example, US-Dubai-CJB). Without knowing what the prices are, this looks very convenient for those of us served by CJB.

Hello CBE-ites,

On my last trip home I noticed that CJB has a brand new terminal with signs for Immigration and Customs, suggestive of impending promotion to International status. Any idea when this will happen, and what foreign destinations will be served?

I just done some research on this, and it looks like non-Indians are not allowed to become OCIs my marriage, unless they're eligible in their own right (i.e, as persons who of Indian origin).
