A) 120 to 240 V converter: If your TV is Sony TV, then you can check specs or at the back of the TV. It would clearly mention about Voltage Range it supports. As stated by a member in his previous post that if you have a NTSC V/S PAL PRoblem, mean: Either your NTSC TV is showing B/W Picture, distorted picture or no Picture at all, the Zenega STB with TruHD will solve the problem.
