Thanks Chenzi... They are now revising it to 30L + relocation. With about 17+ years of experience, I don't think this could get anywhere up from here as its for a PM role. Any other thoughts for chennai based roles and opinion on the numbers?

We are also moving to Chennai in May 2011 and my kids will be attending grades 6 & 3 respectively. We have narrowed the list down to Grove, Gateway & APL. We haven't secured an admission so far but having talked to them, it seems to be quite promising.

They haven't indicated the client so far, but it looks to be a US Financial company. But this being a non-captive I wasn't sure if the range is correct, as they are not willing to share the CTC details until we go past all rounds with HR also.
