guys - did you send two copies of consents? The two copies clause is buried in the instructions for filling the forms. Another trip-up point.
how are you doing fbar consent if MFJ. This clause is also quite confusing as to whether to sign together or not.

Zen - when will they issue a refund/payment notice? Do machines take care of this automagically or does this wait for certification (months/years in 2K9).
