They accepted what I had calculated. I did not hire an attorney or CPA given my tax due and penalties were low (both in mid 4 digits)

I have not contacted IRS, but I have already received 906 closing statement back in May 2012. I signed it, paid the penalty and have moved on.

I had sent OVDI package back in August 2011.
