My current salary in US is 80K/Year fixed. And I have been offered 14 Lakhs/Annum in India fixed. Variable will come on top of that though I don't know how much GS pays in India normally.

Its been over a month and a half now and still no final confirmation, though once every week I get a call from them explaining the process or asking for some details,no concrete yes or no yet. Don't know whether I should wait more :(
