Hi, You can also try the sheet I made NOR_OR_NRI.xls. I think only way to become a NRI for a year long after R2I is to be away from India for a total of 305 days in a financial year. There is a way by which this can be reduced to 183 days if the foreign trip is for employment but I don't know the ...
