one of my friend was able to put his kid in PSBB millenium(chennai) last month.
kid was in 3 std.

no interviews, written test etc just some high political influence.

Indian real estate is a different animal.
with so much population mainly living in 4 metros and surrounding suburbs i dont see RE dropping like here in US.
I worst case it might slow down but wont drop.

if you feel india is not up to your standards try moving to a west african country and live there for 1 month,
you will feel the heaven in india.

Does any of our members have used/using the wireless data/Broad band cards in chennai?
would like to see which one is the best - Reliance, airtel, Hutch etc.
I am look for the best in speed and connectivity.

I use sprint broad band card here in US and it rocks.
