I would complain to the Tata supervisor's manager and if that did not work I would file a petition w/ the consumer protection bureau. I believe Tata has a CSC near Forum Mall. A face-to-face meeting w/ a manager there might help. In the end even if you are not compensated, it might help prevent ...
