My friends company blocks ESPP sell for 6 months after issue. Risk is very high in that case. If your company allows sell the next day after allocation then there is no risk. Even after paying 28% short term capital gain you make 10% net profit. Best investment you can make.

Group insurances are "group" insurances, they insure the group regardless of pre-condition or not. If you buy personal health insurance then they have clause for pre-conditions but not in group insurance.
