Once I r2i, I will have all my mails forwarded to a friend. I want to ofcourse minimize this by signing up for all e-statements from banks etc.

How many people are really not taking up USC, and sticking to INC if they have a chance..
My guess is that % is very very low.
If its so difficult to give up INC, who is forcing you ..
I agree with dbs and others, no paper is making someone Indian or not..
