Just approach the private Medical college where you want admission, pay the donation and get the seat.

No need to get equivalent of high school diploma, just show the US certificates should be enough.

No need to write entrance exam when she can get seat only under NRI quota.

Lastweek one of my friend bought a condo for 27K in good resdiential area in Tampa with 1110 sft, 3bed and 2bath, which has rental potential of over 900/PM.

So is it time to buy or wait few more months? ..
