Hi thanks for your response. We have a 3yr old and my wife will start looking for a job so things will be uncertain wrt a location more commutable for my wife. First of all ..Congratulations. Based on personal experience I can tell you that is probably low-mid range of that pay scale. OTOH, Mumbai/Delhi are pretty expensive cities and I'm sure I'm stating the obvious ..cost of living calculations and tax implications will need to be considered. For pay at ...

OP,
Buy a couple of cans of paint and repaint either the doors, stain the railings,
or paint base boards etc. Smell of paint stays awhile and maybe a lowcost
solution that can be renewed as well.
