Doesn't this apply only to residents?
What if you sell early in the year and move out of the country (becoming non-resident for the tax year).

How did you pack the LCD TV? Any tips?
I have a 40inch LCD TV. The original box it came in, is in average condition. I might have to get another box. Not sure where I can find it.
Or, should I get the packers take care of packing the LCD TV?
