From the heading I implied that the upturn in Indian markets affected your R2I.
How much difference in %age would have that really have been to affect your R2I decision. The Indian side of things should have somewhat affected.

I fired my 5th driver. He was OK, but on weekends (i.e. Saturday) I had to adhere to his timings. Anyways this is the only way for me to get driving on my own.

With 5 years of experience nobody in India would consider you a fresher (define fresher) unless you know absolutely nothing of the field you are going to join AND don't want to absolutely nothing of what you know already.
