I know a guy who was interviewed with me on 21st of Jan - Had Decent HR round - but got a rejection letter the day after that. He is not sure why - actually he got an email stating " There are no open positions which match his profile."..

I would say 15 L - 25 L depending on the Area of work.. The Proj manager for SAP(ERP) implementation may be higher - If the projects are based on .NET or similar fields then that that could be lower..

yes I am in Peoplesoft HRMS for the last 8.5 yrs. Salary is around 15L for most offers that I got. the job structures are different. This is my second R2i Attempt. I am leaving in 15 days from now - will update the forum how things go.

Does company expect us to negotiate on salary. I was always thinking they would.
Recently The HR guy mentioned that range is 12-15L and we are offering 15L so there is no room for negotiation. so It was more like take it or it is your decision..
