Next year, vibgyor might be legally starting only 6th and 7th. Legally they are running only until 5th this year. Also, what they are teaching now is a blend of IGSE and ICSE. A child has to branch out in 9th grade. This is what I understood after talking to them again about a month ago.

You can get OCI to your kids provided either you or your wife is USC.

You can use the appointment letter from you employer to get a 1 year employment visa. You can apply for OCI from India.
