Better to keep these two functions seperate.

You have to shell out more money for cell phone + GPS combination. say around $700 for a decent one.

For $300 - you get a better cell phone and for another $300 u get a best GPS that can be used in USA

Both are close to the Airports!!! costs around Rs. 6500 - 10000 a night stay!
