I echo Desi's opinions fully. It is a shame that even with so much liberalization and purported speak about modernization and all Indian Govt could not fully leverage RR's intellect.

Both staying potential wise as well as monies for consultants/folks working in it wise. For example, SAP ERP consulting used to be the in thing a few years back.
