Do the elevated TPO/TG antibody levels stay high lifelong ? If not, how often do they fluctuate ? I believe this reflects in the thyroid function test.
Also, is there any other co-morbid condition with autoimmune thyroditis ?

a) Elevated thyroid antibodies
b) Hashimotos disease
c) Graves disease

even if T3,T4,TSH in the normal range ?
