What is wrong in giving ex-boyfriend's last name ? What if she is a single mum.

Do the elevated TPO/TG antibody levels stay high lifelong ? If not, how often do they fluctuate ? I believe this reflects in the thyroid function test.
Also, is there any other co-morbid condition with autoimmune thyroditis ?
