I can certainly vouch that Sony KDL-55HX800 does not work with TATA SKY HD or TATA SKY even after using HDMI input. i have been struggling to make this work, but apparently the sony LED tv sold in costco only supports NTSC. Now i am in the process of procuring a format convertor..
