IMO! Microsoft has been and will always remain a great company to work for and their benefits and packages remain a benchmark for the others to follow. Google is a premier company and would pay well with their reserves in the bank and can match MSFT in any area (I mean Pay, Benefits, etc):emwink ...

They are in both locations and Chennai as well. I think they are in Mindspace IT Park in Madhapur.
