If you US citizen , are u still tax exempt from these plans?

Do you have to inform your change of address everytime you come to US. Since you might be in India in more than 6 months , you might have to pay taxes to Indian govt also. Have you thought about it?

I don't know how you can live with 2100 in NJ. I would say for a family of 3 , your monthly expenses can easily go to $3500
