Gurus Recently I read an article in "Money" magazine on above conversion. Basically anybody can contribute to non-deductable IRA in 2010 (you may not get tax deduction above certain income limits ). But You can convert your nondeductable IRA into Roth IRA in 2010 there by you don't need to pay tax ...

With respect to your question "Can a Indian Citizen buy a property in USA ? " Yes, I have seen people buying houses while they are in H1B .

I would suggest our friend to go with the credit union where his employer is part of . He may get better terms than dealer finance. Dealer finance is another source of profit for dealer.
