How do you stay professionally motivated?
Wierd that you post this. I feel Exactly the same. God knows why I feel like this. Maybe, almost all are replaceable. I think most CEO's, most managers, VP, CTO's and CFO's are replacable. The only non-replacables are some key innovators. But paycheck and the power we excercise is not necessarily in ...

I have been an individual technical contributor all my life and will soon manage a few people (less than 10 in the US). Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali and sorroundings
I heard that in Panchkula there are cutting a new colony. HUDA is. I am not from that area, so all I can do is repeat the information here and ask your opinion. They sector number is 31---it is near the Nada Sahib Gurudwara. I have a proposal for a plot of 10 Marla (i.e. 300 sq. Yards) that for 40 ...

I just want to know for the same type of work in Europe how do the salaries compare. I actually have no offer, no plan, no interveiw nothing ...

European Salaries
How do salaries in Europe compare with that in US for same type of work. I am talking of hi-tech only. I heard from a freind that it is 50% of US salary. I found it a little hard to beleive. I thought it would be more or less par (maybe 10-20% lower). My own data point suggested that obliquely. I ...

Geckos / Lizards : How to Eliminate Them
I live in Texas, and recently noticed what we call lizards in India (Geckos in US). They are icky and make me cringe. Is there any way to get rid of them? Does insect treatment take care of 'em? what does?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Shame on Indian Government for it?s position on Burma during recent protests there
OP: Why not raise your voice Kashmiri Pundits in slum-like refugee camps in their own country. Shouldn't charity and caring for human rights begin at home? Why not the tears for the residents of Baltistan and other northern areas of Kashmir which is Indian territory but is under Paki occupation ...
