Understanding the restrictions on FDI investment in retail sector (single/multi brand) in India, can a NRI/PIO/OCI invest and setup a e-commerce business (B2C) in India ? I am checking regulatory aspects of setting up or incorporating a company in India as a NRI/PIO/OCI not as FDI.
